2026 Black Career Conference
The Black Career Conference (BCC) is Canada’s largest student-led career and professional development conference designed to empower Black students, early-career professionals, founders, and talent from all academic backgrounds. It provides a dynamic space for attendees to explore career pathways, deepen industry insights, and build meaningful connections with employers and mentors.
The 2026 edition of the Black Career Conference will be held January 17, 2026 at the Rotman School of Management .
